Return and Exchange Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality of each item listed on the emiliapoochie.com web site. However, if any purchase from emiliapoochie.com fails to meet your expectations, you may return that item to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Store credits are valid for one (1) year from the issue date.

To avoid unnecessary returns, we highly encourage you to measure your dog using our DOG MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES. Use these measurements to compare with the measurements of the individual item you are purchasing. Each manufacturer uses different sizing to label various sizes such as Small, Medium and Large.

No exchanges or store credits can be issued for items showing signs of usage or are in non-sellable condition. Returned items must be in their original packaging with original tags. Sales of all toys, beds, carriers, and any seasonal, clearance, personalized, special occasion and perishable items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase.

A Return Merchandise Authorization can be obtained for any items that are eligible for exchange by emailing us at INFO@EMILIAPOOCHIE.COM, with your invoice number and reason for return. In your email please let us know if you would like a store credit or exchange the merchandise you are not satisfied with.

For your protection, we strongly suggest that you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Payment of shipping charges for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns COD.
